The Tightrope Walker

The ground below is shaking,
My feet are not stable
The world is watching me
Asking me, “are you capable?’
My life is a gamble
I don’t know what happens next
There are too many turns and twists
It’s not a simple text.

I’m a tightrope walker
I’m a tightrope walker
I don’t have any support
I’m a tightrope walker
I’m a tightrope walker
It’s not just any sport.

The wind is blowing against me
My legs are trembling
But I know I would survive
I have full faith on him.
The critics are all over there
They are ready to harass me,
But there are also well-wishers
There wishes are with me.

I’m a tightrope walker
I’m a tightrope walker
I know the wind is against me,
I’m a tightrope walker
I’m a tightrope walker
But still it would my victory.

The chances are very few
I know it is disappointing
But I won’t lose any hope
Any hope of surviving.
The battle is going on,
It will go on forever;
His blessings are with me
To guide me in times of shake and shiver.

I’m a tightrope walker
I’m a tightrope walker
I don’t have any support
I’m a tightrope walker
I’m a tightrope walker
I don’t need any support
